Special "Festival Menu" meals will be available at most of the food outlets. Dinner prior to the "New Orleans Mardi Gras" function on Saturday Night has proved popular and it is important that bookings are made in advance at your chosen location.

DRINKS

The ticket system will apply for drink purchases within the official venues. Bars will operate in the Memorial Hall from Friday night and in the Chess Wilson Marquees from Saturday. Tickets will be available for purchase in all venues.

THESE VENUES WILL BE FULLY LICENSED. NO ALCOHOL IS TO BE BROUGHT INTO OR REMOVED FROM THESE PREMISES. THIS IS A REQUIREMENT OF THE LICENSING ACT.
