Friday 29th October 2004

The WELCOME SUPPER DANCE will commence at 8.00pm through to Midnight. DRESS: After five wear. Musical entertainment will be provided by The Kalamunda Youth Swing Band and by Kanga Bentley's Hot Foot Seven with Gail Kingston and by Lindsay Meech and other artists. A full supper will be served during the evening. Entry is by pre-purchased ticket only and is additional to the Weekend Pass. There will be no door sales. Cost for the evening is $25.00 and tickets are obtainable from Peter & Betty with your weekend Registration, or Glenys on 9310 7209 or at the Jazz Club.

Saturday 30th October 2004

Registration will begin at 10am in the foyer of the Memorial Hall, for Weekend and Day Passes. Music performances will commence in all three venues at 11am through to 5.00pm. Some performances will also be held in areas available to the general public. The "NEW ORLEANS MARDI GRAS NIGHT" will commence at 8pm through to Midnight. During the evening prizes will be awarded for the Best Costumes and Best Masks.

Sunday 31st October 2003

The traditional JAZZ BREAKFAST for Weekend Pass holders only, will be available from 7:30am to 9:00am in the Memorial Hall, followed by scheduled performances from 10am. MUSIC will also commence in both the Marquees at 10am with the FINALE in the Memorial Hall commencing at 4pm. Band performances will also be held in areas available to the general public. The JAZZ GOSPEL SERVICE will be held in the Anglican Church at 11am following the scheduled regular Church service. Attendance within the church will be limited to the local congregation and to Weekend Pass holders only, however amplification and additional seating will be available outside the building in the grounds as required. The STREET PARADE will move through the main street, commencing at 1pm. Prizes will be available for the Best Decorated Umbrellas competition which will be judged following the conclusion of the Parade.
